- Poner en la sartén la mantequilla con media cucharadita de aceite hasta que esta se derrita, y verter la crema con medio shot de tequila, hasta el primer hervor, y entonces añadir el pollo.
- Dejar cocinar el pollo con la crema por aproximadamente 5 minutos, enseguida poner las verduras y la pasta.
- Picar el queso en cubos pequeños y ponerlo en la pasta junto con el resto del tequila, mezclar. Una vez gratinado el queso apagar el fuego.
- Servir sola o con la ensalada de su preferencia, en mi caso yo la acompaño con brócoli blanqueado y le pongo ajonjolí tostado.
- Nota: Es una pasta pesada pero queda muy rica, en realidad no es costosa, las verduras son opcionales al igual que el queso. A disfrutar.
