- Poner a fuego medio la sartén, y sellar por ambos lados los lomos de atún, aproximadamente 3 minutos x lado ó hasta que forme una costra dorada
- Una vez que están sellados los lomos, se retira, los portobellos de horno y se reservan para el emplatado y se introducen al horno los lomos a cocer por 10 minutos y se colocan encima de ellos 2 rebanadas de queso muester
- Se ponen a dorar ligeramente los panes y posterior se aplica la mayonesa, mostaza, ketchup y se coloca hojas de lechuga, albahaca y rúcula al gusto.
- Sacar del horno los lomos de atún (según el término deseado) y colocar en el pan y poner el portobello con la pancetta.
- Se puede acompañar con ensalada verde o con espárragos al horno
- Para los espárragos se puede aprovechar cuando se colocan los hongos para que estos se rostizan solo con aceite de olivo, sal y pimienta
- Se recomienda, cortar solo la parte fibrosa 1cm aprox, y pelar la base.
