  5. Salteamos los champiñones en la mantequilla agregamos el vino tinto y dejamosd unos dos minutos que hierva y reservamos, agregamos la harina y movemos para que no se hagan grumos posteriormente añadimos la leche más o menos una taza y dejamos que hierva y espese.
  6. Cuando ya consideramos quela harina no esta cruda, agragamos la crema y los champiñones sazonamos con sal y dejamos hervir unos 5 minutos más si vemos que se espesa mucho agragamos un poco de leche.
