  9. 1 Huevo
  10. 2 cubos de consome de pollo

  1. Ponemos a marinar las pechugas en un recipiente con huevo batido, la albahaca en polvo y el cubo de consomé de pollo.
  2. Lavamos bien la flor de calabaza y los champiñones. Después picamos la flor de calabaza, champiñones, el queso, el epazote y la cebolla, esta última muy fino.
  3. En una sartén con poquito aceite ponemos a freír, la cebolla, epazote, champiñones y al final la flor. Sazonamos está mezcla con un pedacito del cubo de caldo de pollo, rectificamos sabor, retiramos del fuego y reservamos.
  4. Sacamos las pechugas de a una y las comenzamos a rellenar con la mezcla anterior y el queso, las doblamos por la mitad y empanizamos, con palillos las sellamos para que al freír no se desbaraten.
  5. Por ultimo las ponemos a freír, checamos que estén cocidas por dentro para sacarlas y ponerlas a escurrir, retiramos los palillos para evitar accidentes.
  6. Acompañamos con ensalada o algún rico espagueti, el epazote le da un sabor delicioso al pollo. Pero si no les gusta pueden omitirlo, igual les encantaran... Y pues a COMEEER!!!
