- Rallamos la cebolla y picamos pequeño el ajo o lo pasamos por una prensa para ajos. Cortamos la carne y la cubrimos con un poco de harina.



- Colocamos la mantequilla en un sartén y una vez derretida sofreímos el ajo y la cebolla. Colocamos después la carne y a fuego fuerte la sellamos. Luego agreagamos el vino y la salsa de soya, y cocinamos durante unos 10 minutos.



- Se irá formando una salsa. Agregamos posteriormente la crema, el catsup, la mostaza. Cocinamos durante unos 15 minutos. Por útlimo, en otro sartén con un poco de mantequilla prepararmos los champiñones y los agregamos a la preparación.



- Cocinamos por unos minutos más. Poco a poco la salsa irá espesando. Servir acompañado de arroz y papas fritas.
