Yo le puse un poco de más sin querer por eso te acosejo que vayas midiendo e incluso mirando a ver como va tu cocción. - El tiempo de cocción es de aprox 18 minutos velocidad cuchara 100 grados. O si estás en el sartén durante un tiempo parecido. Siento que quizás en el sartén se hubiera deshecho un poco menos el champiñón pero así y todo me sorprendió para bien la textura en general de la tinga. Queda deliciosa!
