- En un sartén ya caliente a fuego bajo-medio, agrega un poco de aceite de maíz, después la cebolla o puerro y el ajo, dejamos sazonar; una vez listos, agrega el jitomate picado, agrega el sazonador vegetal al gusto y si es necesario, más sal.
- Cuando el jitomate comience a soltar jugo, es momento de agregar los tallos. Tapa el sartén para que se cuezan, mueve de vez en cuando para que no se quemen. Este será el relleno
- Cuando el relleno esté listo, será el momento de colocarlo en el champiñón, si gustas puedes colocar un trozo de queso en medio del relleno o arriba, para que se derrita y se vea más delicioso.
- Puedes dejar los champiñones así, pues ya están cocidos. Pero también puedes hornearlos para que se doren o "freírlos" en un sartén (para esto debes de colocar un poco de aceite de maíz para que no se peguen, y agua para que caliente "al vapor" y taparlos).
- Puedes agregar un poco de orégano arriba, y decorar como gustes. Disfrútalo.
