Por último, pasados esos 5 minutos le añadimos la nata i bajamos el fuego al mínimo, vamos removiendo constantemente durante unos 10 minutos más, salpimentamos al gusto, le añadimos un chorrito de leche para que luego no quede tan espeso. Una vez pasados los minutos, retiramos del fuego y lo trituramos todo. Engrasamos una fuente para horno con un poco de margarina y le añadimos el brócoli previamente reservado.
  5. Añadimos las patatas y la salsa, salpimentamos otra vez (opcional) y le añadimos el queso rallado. Reservamos.
