  7. Mientras, precalentamos el horno a 180º calor arriba y abajo
  8. Ponemos los sombreros en una fuente apta para el horno, los salpimentamos y ponemos unas gotas de aceite, los rellenamos con la mezcla de la sartén y los metemos al horno unos 15 minutos hasta que estén hechos
  9. Los sacamos del horno, subimos el horno a 225º función gratinar
  10. Por encima de los champiñones ponemos queso Grana Padano rallado al gusto.
  11. Volvemos a meter al horno y dejamos unos minutos hasta que el queso esté gratinado
  12. Emplatamos y servimos caliente
